    General

4CEE is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The integrity of your personal data is vital to 4CEE and its group of subsidiaries, and therefore we welcome the additional transparency and protection of your personal data required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We outline the types of personal data we collect from you, why, and what happens to your data while it is entrusted to our care. We also explain your rights under the GDPR and provide you with contact information in case you have questions or requests regarding your data.

Regarding retention periods, we store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this privacy statement, unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate reasons, required by law, or necessary to establish, pursue or defend a legal claim.
If you consent to the use of your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time and we will stop using your data. Your withdrawal of consent rights and the specific retention periods will be provided to you in the information where we first collected your personal data.

    Website Visitor Data

Like most companies, 4CEE also collects non-personal (anonymous) information such as the type of web browser, language preferences, referring site, and the date and time of the website visit. 4CEE does this to better understand usage patterns and, where necessary, to optimize its website.

    Use of Personal Data

There are instances where 4CEE may ask you for some information. This only occurs when it is necessary. For example, if you wish to activate a (paid) service, 4CEE will ask for details such as company name, telephone number, (email) address, commercial register number, etc. These details are necessary for 4CEE to process your request or order.

4CEE shares the database where your data is stored with its subsidiaries Coforce bv, Diesis bv, Easy Systems bv, ICreative bv, and Stiply bv. These companies all use the same security measures as 4CEE and also comply with the GDPR.

These details are not used by the various subsidiaries for marketing and promotional purposes. For example, if you have subscribed to a newsletter from Stiply, you will not receive mailings from the other subsidiaries in the group unless you have specifically signed up for this (see also "Email opt-in").

    Disclosure to Third Parties

4CEE makes every effort to protect the confidentiality of personal data, preferences, and other information collected via its website. To this end, 4CEE has made substantial investments in its server, database, backup, and firewall technology.

Personal data that you provide to 4CEE is processed and secured with care. 4CEE will not make this data available to third parties without your permission, unless 4CEE is legally required to do so on the basis of law, a regulation, a court order, or by decision of another government authority.

You always have the ability to view, change, or delete your personal data. In that case, you can contact us via Info@4cee.com or marketing@stiply.nl. To prevent misuse, 4CEE may ask you to adequately identify yourself. When it comes to accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must include a copy of the cookie in question.
4CEE does not keep your data longer than necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they were collected and processed.

    Cookie Policy

On the various websites of 4CEE, we use cookies. A cookie is a small file sent by an internet server and installed on the hard drive of your computer. This file keeps track of the visited internet site and contains several data about this visit.
4CEE uses both direct and indirect cookies, also known as first- and third-party cookies.

    First Party Cookies

    Functional and technical cookies
Technical cookies are necessary for the functioning of 4CEE's websites, for logging in (in the case of the Stiply application or creating an account) and for detecting fraud with your account. Functional cookies remember your preferences.

    Google Analytics (tracking cookies)
On the various websites of 4CEE, a cookie from the company Google is placed as part of the "Analytics" service. 4CEE uses this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This information is gathered anonymously.

Google may provide this usage information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. 4CEE has no influence on this. The information collected by Google is anonymized as much as possible. The IP address is explicitly not included.

The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google adheres to the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

    HubSpot
HubSpot is a software service that uses cookies to retrieve information from our website user (analytical cookies). These are included in, for example, electronic communications, forms, and downloads.

4CEE uses this information to analyze trends, track website user behavior, and collect demographic data about the user base as a whole. Personal information and associated behavior are only stored when you fill out a form. We store this data in a personal and secure environment.

HubSpot complies with the Privacy Shield framework (EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks) and does not transfer EU information to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection. These agreements are specified in the SCCs established with HubSpot. There is also a data processing agreement with HubSpot regarding the use of the data.

    Pendo

Pendo enables us to analyze user behavior and thereby better tailor our products and services to your needs. The collected data include interactions within the application, such as visited pages and used features, but are strictly processed without personal identification of, for example, signatories or processed documents.

We take privacy seriously. Pendo is deployed with strict data minimization and security measures to ensure that data remain safe and confidential. Additional information about Pendo and compliance with GDPR can be read here.

    Clarity
Clarity is a software service that uses cookies to track user behavior on the website for marketing purposes. This software starts tracking after accepting the cookie and gathers information on an anonymous basis. Clarity processes the information within Europe and has SCCs. The data processing agreement of Clarity can be read here.

    Clickcease
Clickcease is a filter service linked to Google Ads. This software tracks the behavior of a website visitor. The purpose of this software is to separate 'wrong' and 'good' visitors. Conditions can be set for when a website visitor is marked as 'wrong'. This filtering takes place after detection based on IP address and is processed in Google Ads, to prevent the (unwanted) viewing of new ad displays. Clickcease processes this data temporarily in the US on Azure servers and is transitioning to European Azure servers. SCCs have been established for the Azure servers. Clickcease is an Israeli company. Israel falls under the countries with an adequate level of safety according to the GDPR. See here the data processing agreement of Clickcease.

    Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies are used to record surfing behavior, history, and user preferences. This can include the placement of external advertisements by an ad network, collecting information for measuring and analyzing visitor behavior, or the integration of social media channels and features.

4CEE places these cookies on your computer to prevent you from seeing a particular advertisement too often and to record the number of times an advertisement is displayed. These cookies are not linked to a profile about you.
Some of the third-party cookies used are:
    • Vidyard
    • Vimeo
    • Calendly
    • Webinargeek

    Social Media

Buttons are included on the websites of 4CEE to promote web pages ("like") or share ("tweet") on social networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Some of these buttons work with pieces of code that come from LinkedIn itself. Through this code, cookies are placed. 4CEE has no influence on this. The privacy statement of LinkedIn (which changes regularly) states what they do with your (personal) data that they process through these cookies.

The information they collect is anonymized as much as possible. The information is transferred to and stored by LinkedIn on servers in the United States. LinkedIn commits to adhering to the EU level of protection. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data. All information is described in the data processing agreement of LinkedIn.

    Opting out of cookies

If you want to enable or disable cookies – or change your settings? This can be done via the settings of your browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Mozilla, or Chrome).

More information on enabling and disabling cookies and deleting them can be found in the instructions and/or using the Help function of your browser. These vary by browser. You can choose to activate the 'do not track' feature in your browser.

    Email Notifications

As a customer of 4CEE, you are automatically signed up to receive email notifications. For example, 4CEE sends email notifications as part of the registration process, when documents are available for you, or as a reminder of scheduled activities.

4CEE also sends newsletters to all users to inform them about new products, services, or software updates, for example.

    Email Opt-In

As a visitor to a 4CEE website, you will only receive email notifications if you have actively signed up for them. This means that you have subscribed to the newsletter, or that you have downloaded a specific document and actively checked the option to receive informative emails from us at a certain frequency. This opt-in is always company-specific.

    Email Opt-Out

In every email notification sent to you, you will find a "manage preferences" link at the bottom (except for the email notifications for customers that are sent during the registration process). Through this link, you can manage your email preferences and sign up for or opt out of specific email notifications.

    Adjustments to the Privacy Policy

4CEE reserves the right to adjust the privacy policy if deemed necessary, without prior notice. It is therefore advisable to regularly consult the privacy policy of 4CEE.

Upon request, we provide visitors to our websites access to all information that we maintain about them and the opportunity to correct any incorrect data that we have about them. If you wish to do this or would like to respond in another way to our privacy policy, you can contact us via info@4cee.com or marketing@stiply.nl.

We trust this information has been sufficient for you.
