When you become a Stiply customer, we ask you to agree to our general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions apply to the agreement you enter into with Stiply as a customer.

When you become a customer of Stiply, we need some data from you. We only process these data to provide our digital signature service and for administrative purposes. We therefore ask you to agree to our processing agreement.
So when you send documents to your customers, Stiply will process some of your customers' personal data on your behalf, for example to create the proof document. Stiply is Processor according to the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and you, as user of Stiply, are Responsible for the processing of your customers' personal data. Naturally, we handle the data we store on your behalf with care. In this context, it is required by law to enter into a processor agreement with Stiply, because Stiply processes personal data on your behalf. To this end, Stiply has a comprehensive processor agreement available that has been drawn up in accordance with the legal requirements (and is therefore compliant with the AVG).
